Leadership

Training

You will not be asked to coach if you are ill-equipped.  You will not be coached by someone  (in for example Prophecy or Miracle Healing), who has not certified to have enough training or experience in that subject matter to do so in a way that brings Apostolic unity in the faith towards results.

We all train for certification towards leadership because that is simply discipleship: to be ready to help and serve others by His Spirit.

Leaders

A House Church Campus Leader is not necessarily the host of the house where the meeting is held.  Meetings typically rotate from house to house.  Leaders may volunteer to lead a House Church Campus for the term of the selected curriculum, provided the required number of pre-registrants.

Requirements

Certification requirements for leadership are most elaborate and stringent in the Miracle Healing Rooms, due to risks and liabilities associated with the intense and medical nature of the ministry to the general public, but also because of their lack of foundation in Apostolic biblical teaching which can easily cause mis-communication across religious cultures.
